Shipping policy

When you purchase a digital pattern: Shipping is free of course. When you've made a purchase of a PDF pattern, you can download your pattern files instantly. You will reach them in three ways: at the order confirmation page, in your order confirmation e-mail, and on your account history when you're logged in at the website. Make sure to download the files and save them to your computer. 

When you purchase a printed pattern: Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 holiday free working days. The shipping time is usually 1-2 days (to Sweden) and 2-6 days (to Norway and EU-countries). So after you've placed your order you will receive it within 2-5 holiday free working days (for orders in Sweden).

Note that orders made during the weekend will be sent on the Monday after the weekend. 

If shipping delays occur (without me notifying you about it), contact me via e-mail, info (@) threadsbycaroline.com. If you haven't received your order within 10 days after ordering, contact me immediately so that I may help you.
